How we work

A Florida company that rents, and nothing more

GU3 Rentals LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, with registration details on public record with the Florida Division of Corporations.

We rent equipment. We don't operate it for you, we don't take on contracting work, and we don't provide training or certification. Safe use, the right licence for your work, and the equipment while it's with you are the hirer's responsibility, and the rental agreement says so plainly.

Frequently asked

The questions we get most

What do I need to rent?

Photo identification, a deposit, and a signed rental agreement. For some items we'll ask about insurance — we'll tell you before you arrive.

Do you deliver?

Yes, to most of our service area, quoted with the rental rather than added at the end. Tell us the address and access when you enquire.

What if the equipment fails?

Call us. If it's a fault with the machine we'll swap it or credit the time — that's on us, not you.

Do you train people to use it?

No. We'll point out the basics at pickup, and training and certification come from elsewhere. Don't rent something you aren't competent to operate.

Can I extend a rental?

Usually, if the item isn't booked after you. Ask before the return date rather than after it.

What happens if something is damaged?

The agreement sets out how damage is handled, including the deposit. We photograph condition at pickup and at return so there's no argument about it.

Need something for a job this week?

Tell us the item and the dates. We'll confirm availability and the rate in writing.
